Price Changes

 

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will attempt to contact you if prices change, before we ship. This applies to all items, including special orders and backorders. Due to the special nature of some items, exact prices are not known until delivery is made to us.

We reserve all rights of final pricing.
Many items with a long lead-time may change in price over time. There is no guarantee that we will be able to ship at the ordered price if the manufacturer changes the price to us. We will most likely keep the pricing that you purchased at and we do strive to keep your price the same.

 

Changes to Your Order

 

We recommend calling to cancel all orders.

We will attempt to help you with any changes to your order before it ships. If a cancellation request is emailed to us, please save a copy of our reply for your records and for future verification. Do not assume your email has been received or read unless you get a PERSONAL reply from a Service Agent.

 

Cancelling Your Order

 

Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not shipped (excluding items over $1000.00 or special orders. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged on these orders unless the order is cancelled the same day as the purchase. After midnight on the day of the purchase, the preceding statement will apply).

All firearm purchases are final. We will not accept returns on any firearms. For defective or damaged firearms, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. We will send you an e-mail with your cancellation information. If you do not get a return confirmation from a TriggerTrip Service Agent, your order has not been cancelled! Contact us if you do not receive a reply to your request to cancel.

We cannot cancel your order unless you contact us by phone. This is to ensure that your order has not already shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Returns & Money Back Guarantees

TriggerTrip does not return any firearms, unless they have not been fired and all other return criteria have been met. And don’t try to send a firearm back to us that has been fired and tell us it hasn’t, we can tell. Other firearms that you experience a problem with, our distributor has a Limited Lifetime Guarantee on all firearms. If you have a problem with a firearm, please fill out the form on the Gun Problems page linked through the Contact Us.

  1. You can ship the item back to us and we will return it for you and we will take care of the shipping costs as long as all criteria is met according to Davidson’s Guarantee.

At Davidson's, your satisfaction is our commitment. In fact, our commitment is so strong, that we have put together the only GuaranteeDSM Lifetime Replacement Warranty available in the firearms industry.

It works like this......

If anything ever goes wrong with any gun you buy with the Davidson's GuaranteeDSM Lifetime Replacement Warranty, it will be replaced. If no replacement is available, it will be repaired at no charge to you. Simple, just return it to the GuaranteeDSM retailer where you purchased it, pay for the return shipping and upon receipt Davidson's will ship you a * BRAND NEW GUN.

So make sure every firearm you purchase works for you.

Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

Davidson's Supply Company warrants to you that if any gun sold by Davidson's ever becomes defective, Davidson's will replace the gun at no charge, subject to the following conditions. This warranty applies only if Davidson's Supply Company sold the gun to the retailer from which you purchased it and extends only to the original purchaser from the retailer. In order to be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser must complete the warranty registration online or return the warranty registration card to Davidson's Supply Company, at the address shown below, within 30 days from date of purchase. If no replacement is available, we will repair the original or offer you a similar model (to be determined at our discretion) free of charge. This warranty extends to any and all parts of the gun as originally sold by us, but does not extend to guns altered or rebuilt after their original purchase, or guns used other than for their legal intended purposes.

DAVIDSON'S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE NONPERFORMING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS (TO BE DETERMINED AT OUR DISCRETION). WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, EITHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. To obtain performance under this warranty, you must return the product to the retailer from which you purchased the product and pay the cost of shipping the product to Davidson's. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

 

* BRAND NEW GUN:
Davidson's will ship your replacement firearm the very next business day for all in stock items. You are only responsible for return shipping costs to us (ie: getting the firearm to Davidson's through your retailer we do not accept shipments directly from end consumers.) Handguns are shipped out for next day delivery while long guns are typically received by your dealer within 3-4 days of shipping. If we do not have a replacement or you elect to get the same repaired firearm back, your firearm will be sent to the factory or an authorized warranty station for repair. If your firearm is repaired, the time frame until we return your firearm will be longer. Your dealer must have a valid FFL with original signature on file for us to ship and a current account with Davidson's.

 

 

TriggerTrip Errors

 

Incorrect items: If a product that you receive is not the product that you ordered, TriggerTrip will either replace the product or give you a full refund if returned within 15 days of receipt. TriggerTrip cannot replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Note: We do not accept refunds on scopes, binoculars, flashlights, software, DVD’s or hearing protectors (unless the item received is the wrong item).
